CAMP REGULATIONS
1. Camp is organized by Wrocławski Klub Miłośników VW Garbusa "GarbClub" (Wrocław VW Beetle Club „GarbClub”).
2.1. Camp Participant is person that owns or is a supporter of VW Beetle car or similar, who is registered at the Reception, filled in registration form and paid regular fee 40 PLN for car & driver and 5 PLN for EVERY accompanying person (GarbClub non-member) and accepted Camp Regulations by signing registration form. GarbClub members with cars and one accompanying person enters free, every extra person fee is 5 PLN.
2.2 Camp Participant can be also person with commercial purposes:
- selling VW Beetles parts or similar, who is registered at the Reception, filled in registration form and paid
fee for commercial purposes 40 PLN for car & driver and 5 PLN for EVERY accompanying person (GarbClub non-member) and accepted Camp Regulations by signing registration form.
3. Cars allowed to enter the Campyard: VW 1200, VW 1300, VW 1302, VW 1303, VW 1500, VW T1, VW T2, VW T3, VW Type 3 (Variant, Fastback, Notchback), Karmann Ghia (14, 34), all remakes based on the VW Beetle and previously mentioned chassis (np. Buggy, Trike), VW Type 82 (Kubelwagen), VW Type 166 (Schwimmwagen), Porsche, Fridolin.
4. Participants who arrived other car that mentioned in no.3 are obliged to pay 150 PLN deposit. Car has to be parked in a dedicated parking in 90 minutes from entering the Campyard. Then deposit is returned. If not, deposit is not returned and car has to be removed from the Campyard.
5. Participants who arrived in a borrowed car must have written permission from the car owner.
6. Visitors must pay one-day fee 1 PLN (ticket valid one day from 9:30 AM thru 8 PM). Free enter for children up to age of 12, members of OSP Sobótka-Zachodnia (should have membership card), sponsors and security company employees.
7. Every participant will obtain personal ID which should be presented to security guards or organizators. ID allows to leave and enter Campyard and to use camping field.
8. Campyard is enclosed with metal fence in the camping field area owned by DS Nieruchomości in Sulistrowice.
9. Every person who arrived is obliged after entering the Campyard to leave car in a Camp parking and register at the Reception.
10. At the Campyard law of the road is in force
11. At the Campyard and in its proximity selling alcohol, drugs and food is prohibited. Distribution of leaflets without permission of the manager is also forbidden under financial penalty.
12. Participants are obliged to keep cleanliness around their cars, tents, camps.
13. People who will put participants' life & health at risk or not obeying the Regulations or Organisers orders will be removed from the Campyard.
14. It is forbidden to:
parking cars outside the park prepared by Organiser,
leaving pets in the Campyard without muzzle and proper care,
driving car under the influence of alcohol or psycho-active drugs.
15. Entrants in games should be registers in front of the stage at least 15 minutes before start.
16. Taking part in proposed events is at free will and at own risk. Driver must have documents confirming auto insurance and accidental damage cover . In case of cars registered outside Poland, drivers should have Green Card insurance.
17. Participant accepts decisions of games and competitions and treats it as a fun or leisure activity.
18. Participant is obliged to respect all the properties at the Campyard and is fully responsible for damage.
19. Organiser holds no responsibility for damage done by participants.
20. Every participant tries to present its car in the best way and through oneself behaviour gives positive image of VW Beetle supporter.
21. Organisers secure the Campyard, nevertheless take no responsibility for left or lost property or money.
22. It is forbidden to drive car, morotbike or bike under the influence of alcohol or psycho-active drugs. Organisers and police can do alco- or drugtest on the drivers.
23. Registering participant at the Reception is considered to accept the Regulations and obliges to obey it.
